A car park at 118 Mount Wellington Highway to provide 9 car parking bays including one mobility parking bay, a timber viewing platform linked to a timber boardwalks leading into the Van Damme's Lagoon reserve and landscaping within Van Damm's Lagoon.

A new timber boardwalk giving public access to William Harvey Place wetlands.

Additional rip rap to the outfall of Van Damm's Lagoon Panmure basin outfall. Note ; Landowner and Building Consent applications are in process
