The AsureQuality audit ecosystem allows to plan and perform audits as well as report internally and externally the outcome to generate unique and managed reputable certificates. The Audit, Inspection & Certification domain is heavily regulated and obeys multiple, strict standards. It has evolved algorithms, rules, report templates and timeframe that need to be met. All correspondence, inputs, and outputs, called the “artefacts” are saved for at least 7 years and sometimes up to 30 years.

AsureQuality is currently seeking to identify and understand relevant options for an audit management system (AMS).

Scope of Opportunity - At a high level we are looking for an integrated tool or set of tools for:

- Audit Customer Management
- Audit Programme Management
- Audit Job Scheduling & Booking
- Mobile Data Collection
- Audit Certificate and Report Generation

Note: The term "Audit" is used to broadly represent a range of activities that may also be described as inspections, field services or onsite testing in addition to classic audits. The key commonality is that work is completed against a pre-defined set of standards for a customer, by a qualified person, with data captured during a timebound event, resulting in an overall outcome (pass, fail, certified etc) presented on a report or certificate.
