Auckland Light Rail Limited (ALRL) wishes to provide advance notice to interested parties of their intention of procure Funding, Financing & Urban Commercial Advisory Services for the preconstruction planning phase of the Auckland Light Rail (ALR) project. The scope of these services will support the Urban, Engineering and Planning Alliance in their development of the Corridor Business Case.
ALRL is aware of the tight timeframes imposed by the upcoming holiday period, and is proposing the following indicative procurement process:
- A Registration of Interest (ROI) will be released on Tuesday, 6 December and will be limited to Relevant Experience, Track Record, and Relevant Skills.
- A MS Teams session will be held next week, after the release of the ROI, to answer industry questions about the ROI and the process.
- The ROI will close on Friday, 23 December.
- 2 Respondents will be shortlisted from the ROI responses and these shortlisted Respondents will undergo interviews in late January to determine the preferred Respondent. These interviews will focus on methodology and capacity to deliver.
Further information on the industry session will be made available when the ROI is released on Tuesday, 6 December, 2022.
