The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select and appoint a BIM Manager independent from the current
Design Team for the proposed AgResearch Building to be located in the research precinct in Lincoln. The appointed BIM
Manager will be required to take the proposed AgResearch Building from Preliminary Design through to Detailed Design for
handover to the Contractor
