One Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry System equipped with a multi-functional Auto Sampler, with a thermaldesorption unity, cryogenic oven (both using liquid CO2) and capability to transfer the current olfactomerter system, to be purchased and installed in FY20 . This instrument will support the growing research in the area of food flavour and aroma research and support other research areas such as food quality, food safety, food assurance, textiles and etc. This instrument will be located in the new Joint Food Science Facility (Te Ohu Rangahau Kai) and represents a unique instrument within this facility
