AgResearch Dairy Foods Section is seeking a small scale HTST/UHT laboratory/pilot plant system coupled to a sterile filling system for processing and product development of liquid dairy based beverages. The filling system should handle bottles and/or foil pouches. Production rates should be less than 100 L/h.
Process temperatures of up to 150°C are required.
