Auckland District Health Board are calling for Registrations of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced design consultants for:
1. ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES
2. BUILDING SERVICES
3. STRUCTURAL/CIVIL SERVICES
4. QUANTITY SURVEYING SERVICES
Auckland DHB plans to extend the existing Paediatric Cath Lab in Starship Hospital (level 1). The extension will provide a clinical store and a mezzanine plant room for the new HVAC system required, along with an alteration of the existing clinical store into an office.
Extension to existing building with approximate GFA 21sqm plus mezzanine plant room for new HVAC system.
Alteration to existing area with approximate GFA 44m2
Due to our limited time frame, our preference is for a consultant who can provide combined design services and has hospital design experience.
1. Relevant experience working in a hospital environment whilst the area is in operation
2. Project personnel, in particular the lead consultant who will attend design meetings and be responsible for document co-ordination within your company
3. References from two clients / consultants who have worked recently with the company on other contract - preferably not ADHB
4. Confirmation with copy of current PI and PL insurance
5. Company structure including in house capability and resource to meet project timelines and ability to provide additional resource to meet project objectives if required
