Auckland District Health Board are calling for Registrations of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced consultants for:
1. QUANTITY SURVEYING SERVICES
Auckland DHB plans to build an Integrated Cancer Centre for the Regional Cancer and Blood Service. A Draft Functional Brief and Schedule of Accommodation are being developed and will go out with RFP documents. These are indicative only and the scope of the build and location will be confirmed following feasibility studies being undertaken.
A Statement of Services is also attached. Our selection criteria as per the Statement of Services:
1. Relevant healthcare experience of the proposed team - 30%
2. Technical skills including BIM related scheduling methodology - 20%
3. Resources availability and capacity of proposed team - 25%
4. Methodology - 25%
