The Ashburton District Council is looking to provide specialised arboricultural contractors with an opportunity to participate on a panel of Preferred Suppliers for the delivery of their programmed and reactive tree maintenance works.
Council intends to appoint Preferred Suppliers for a three (3) year period commencing in October 2023 with the intention of a right of renewal for another three (3) year term pending achievement of KPI’s.
A Supplier Briefing Meeting will be held in person or online via Teams on Tuesday 18 July 2023 starting at 4pm.
The purposed of the meeting is to get supplier input on the proposed procurement approach and the likely nature of the work.
The meeting will be held in the Ashburton District Council Chambers, 137 Havelock Street, Ashburton.
