Overview

Airways is seeking information from the market to assess capability, capacity, and indicative pricing for the provision of end-user IT support services, including service desk and deskside/field support. We are seeking to understand what the New Zealand market can offer across three possible delivery models (described in the RFI) for service desk, deskside and field engineering, and related service delivery management supporting approximately 1,155 licensed users across three sites.
