Barry Curtis Park is a 90 hectare, premier park in Manukau, which is being developed over a number of years. The southern area between Ormiston, Chapel and Flat Bush School Roads is the next significant portion of the park to progress the design and development. Earlier stages included 6 sport field platforms, access road, parking, skate park and community building.

A main contractor will have to be sourced, selected and ultimately appointed to deliver the complete construction needs for this project
