Overview
Auckland Council is seeking expression of interest for Main Contractor services for the Randwick Park Pavilion building.
The scope of the work includes the construction of a multi-functional community centre to cater for a range of group sizes and uses. The building will have anticipated capacity of 200 people for community meetings / functions etc.
