Overview
The Landing, a key facility owned by Auckland Council, has been serving the boating community in Auckland for many years, offering essential services such as boat haulage and repairs. Historically, it has been a popular choice among local Waitematā yacht and launch owners, providing them with reliable access to hull cleaning, antifouling, maintenance, repairs, and boat transportation services.
The Purpose of this REOI is to invite commercial proposals from seasoned marine service operators for a license to occupy and management of the haul-out site at The Landing.
The contract is anticipated to commence July 2024.
