This notice serves to inform you about an upcoming Request for Proposal (RFP) by the Auckland Council Corporate Property and offers you an opportunity to register on our procurement platform, SAP Ariba.
The "single service single response" concept signifies that the Request for Proposal (RFP) is designed to exclusively target a particular service category. Auckland Council Corporate Property is actively in search of a single, exceptionally qualified Supplier for each specific service.
To be clear, this implies that we are seeking one Supplier for mechanical services, a distinct Supplier for electrical services, and yet another for plumbing services. While it's possible for one Supplier to express interest in providing all three services, separate responses are required for each service. It's crucial to emphasise that bundled proposals will not be considered.
