Auckland Council is seeking non-binding commercial offers from experienced Holiday Park operators, in the form of a lease or management arrangement for the operation of the holiday parks, in order to:
1. Assess compliant offers from operators that can demonstrate the capability, financial capacity and track record to undertake a long-term arrangement.
2. Identify the proposals that offer greater value for money and benefit to our customers.
3. Reach the most favourable terms and outcomes.
4. Seek acceptance of the recommended proposal/s from the allocated decision-making authority.
