This Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) is issued by Auckland Council. Through this REOI, Auckland Council invites proposals for the provision of a fully integrated web-based end to end Waste Management Solution that integrates with Auckland Council’s existing internal systems. This will enhance and improve the Council’s capabilities to serve its customers. The solution needs to include capability/functionality for both bin asset management and Request for Service/Request for Information, as a minimum requirement.

The Council invites the participation of highly capable, cost competitive and innovative providers that can offer the solution required, improve business capabilities and stimulate innovation into the future along with providing improved back-office functionality, deep data insights and an online customer experience.
