Auckland Council is seeking expressions of interest for leased office space to accommodate Auckland Emergency Management (AEM).
The indicative brief is 800 – 1,200 sqm of office space and 25 car parks located within 15 km of the CBD. The inner CBD and North Shore will not be suitable. The lease could commence during 2022 or 2023.
Any landlord who has the ability to meet this requirement should respond. Responses are also welcome from real estate agencies presenting proposals on behalf of landlords.
A copy of the Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI) document and response form can be obtained from the contact person listed above.
Responses to the REOI must be provided electronically to the contact person no later than 5pm on Monday 22 November 2021.
