Auckland Council is a large and diverse organisation. We are seeking an external provider for our speak up service. Our people will use this service to speak up about a broad range of issues – from sharing a concern, asking a question, or seeking advice about something that isn’t in keeping with Our Charter, including concerns about their own or a colleagues’ wellbeing – through to making a Protected Disclosure.
The Our Charter principles have been adopted by the council group to set the expectations and bottom lines for conduct that we all have to meet, regardless of role, location or seniority
