Auckland Council require a lead consultant and design team for a new build integrated community facility located in Ormiston town centre, Flat Bush. The goal is to deliver a modern integrated library and community centre which will provide all the required services to the local community.
Professional service requirements include confirmation of scope, design brief, geotechnical investigation, concept design, preliminary design, developed design, resource consent, detailed design, building consent, liaising with community, stakeholders, the local board and mana whenua. Consultants will also provide advice to Council staff, liaising with potential contractors through Early Contractor Involvement and construction monitoring.
This is the first stage of a three stage procurement process.
