This Advance notice is to inform you of an upcoming Auckland Council RFP and provide you an opportunity to register on our procurement platform SAP Ariba. The purpose of this notice is to identify suppliers interested in participating in the Retrofit Your Home Programme.

Auckland Council is seeking suppliers to provide services relating to retrofits as listed below. Approved suppliers for the Retrofit your Home initiative will be required to provide one or more of the following products and systems:
• Clean heat, insulation, mechanical extraction, water efficient hardware, water storage, LED lighting supply, double-layered curtains, solar hot water, heat pump water heater, solar photovoltaics, household batteries, type 2 EV chargers, solar pumps for rainwater tanks

The Retrofit Your Home programme (“RYH Programme”) aims to improve the quality of existing housing in the Auckland region. Therefore we need suppliers to deliver the RYH Programme to residential homes in Auckland.

Please see the attached Notice and Ariba guide for more information, procurement timeline and how to register in Ariba.

Suppliers who have registered in Ariba and accepted the RFP terms and conditions can download and view the tender documents from RFP release date 1 October 2019 onwards. The final date for Ariba registration is Friday 27 September 2019.

Suppliers who are not registered in Ariba before this date will not be able to participate in this tender.
