Modern office space up to 10,000m2 in North or West Auckland is sought in probable locations of Albany or Westgate for a new site. The lease will ideally commence during 2022.
Colliers International (licensed REAA 2008) have been appointed to act exclusively in this request for a suitable new site. Colliers will coordinate and source options, and will be the sole point of contact for this office accommodation requirement.
Any landlord, developer or landowner who has the ability to provide office space to meet the premises brief should respond to this Expressions of Interest (EOI).
