Request for Expression of Interest for public realm designs - Central Takapuna & Waiapu Lane, Onehunga.

Timeframes:
1. Expressions of interest shall be delivered by 4.00pm Monday 17 December 2018
2. Shortlisted participants notified January 2019 (indicative)
3. Closed tender invitations will be sent to shortlisted tenderers in February 2019 (indicative). Two separate RFP's will be carried out via SAP Ariba.

Design teams will be assessed through a weighted attribute method. The criteria are:
• Project appreciation 20% weighting
• Indicative approach/methodology 20% weighting
• Track record 30% weighting
• Capability and composition of design team 30% weighting

Submission material is limited to no more than ten A4 pages.
