Registration of Interest (RoI) for Development Sites, Manukau

Opportunity to express your interest in the redevelopment of up to six large properties, plus an opportunity to meet a requirement for expanded Auckland Council office space. All of the sites on offer are located in the centre of Manukau, Auckland and the Transform Manukau project area.

Transform Manukau is the urban renewal programme being led by Panuku based on a long-term and holistic development approach to ensure central Manukau reaches its full potential.

Requirements:
Superbly located in the heart of the ‘Transform Manukau’ urban renewal area and zoned Business – Metropolitan Centre, these properties are presented for future development through Auckland Council’s urban regeneration agency, Panuku Development Auckland. The key outcomes required are affordable housing and employment growth, but all consentable uses will be considered.
