Auckland Tourism Events and Economic Development Limited (ATEED) is seeking to appoint an Festival Operations Manager to each of the Pasifika Festival 2019 and Lantern Festival 2019.
The purpose of this notice is to identify suppliers who are interested in submitting a proposal for the required services through the Request for Proposal (RFP) tender process.
The contract is anticipated to commence in October 2018.
Respond by completing and submitting the attached Acknowledgement Form through GETS on, or before, 2pm on Tuesday 4th September 2018, to indicate your interest to participate.
The RFQ will be carried out in SAP Ariba. You will need to have a valid SAP Ariba account to be able to participate. If you are not already registered, please register before Friday 7th September 2018. Instruction to register in SAP Ariba is attached to this ROI.
