Opportunity in a Nutshell -
We are looking for one or more suppliers to provide items for Auckland Libraries community languages collections. The ability to provide a flexible range of shelf-ready solutions including sourcing and selection and cataloguing, to enable fast and effective delivery to our customers is highly desirable. Languages to be selected will include Chinese, Japanese, Korean, plus a range of other languages from Europe and Asia with the emphasis on popular adult fiction and non-fiction, and children’s picture books.
We are looking to award a 4-year contract (with potential 1-year renewal) to a supplier or suppliers that can align with Auckland Council values and priorities, providing value for ratepayers and residents and making our services smart and easy for our customers.

Deadline for Supplier registration in SAP Ariba: 30 April 2018
RFP release to market, in SAP Ariba: 1 May 2018
RFP closure in SAP Ariba: 25 May 2018
