Auckland Council intends to issue a Request for Tender for physical works for Lagoon Pools Stage 2 Refurbishment.

Main contractor services are required to complete the scope of works which will be perfected in Two Separable Portions, the First Separable Portion (SP1) allows for the completion of works within the scheduled shutdown period of 30 April to 30 November 2018. The Second Separable Portion (SP2) allows for all other work that can be completed outside this scheduled shutdown period. The works include exterior and internal works.
Details of the work are provided in the attached Scope Summary.

Interested contractors are requested to register their interest by submitting a completed Registration of Interest form, using the template attached to this Notice by Wednesday 28 February 2018, 11 a.m.
