GETS notification for Expression of Interest for Urban Design services supplier shortlist for Auckland Urban Realm Programme of Works for Council Group including the CCOs
The purpose of this EOI is to shortlist 4 to 5 suppliers to be invited for closed tenders for Urban Design services for Auckland City Centre Urban Realm Programme of Works for Council Group including the CCOs. This EOI will also be used to develop a separate shortlist of 6 to 8 suppliers, to be used for Auckland regional-wide Landscape & Urban Design requirements for Council group. Suppliers will be shortlisted based on non-price attributes.
This list of shortlisted top 4 or 5 suppliers will be used by Auckland Council or CCOs for Urban Design projects as part of Group procurement strategy to have process efficiency for Council and suppliers. This will save multiple open tender activities across the Group for similar procurements and an opportunity to test the market for the best suppliers in the present market.
If you are interested to participate, please attend the supplier briefing session on Tuesday 7 November at 1pm - 2:30pm (venue: Room 4, Level 14 in Auckland Council office, 135 Albert Street, Auckland) to hear about the Urban Design requirements for the Downtown Infrastructure Programme and wider City Centre master plan.
After the supplier briefing session, if you are interested to participate in this Expression of Interest, please respond through GETS indicating your interest to participate by or before 5pm on Friday 10th November 2017. All suppliers who responded through GETS will be invited to participate in the EOI through SAP Ariba. All EOI submissions must be made via SAP Ariba which is the new Procurement system used by Auckland Council. You will need to register as a supplier in Ariba as the first step and then based on your GETS response, the EOI contact person will invite you to participate in the EOI. Please note we need your response in GETS only to inform Council about your interest in being invited for the EOI through SAP Ariba and please provide the email contact. No other documents or details are required through GETS.
