Procure a full facility maintenance and management contractor for all of the Tūpuna Maunga.
The scope of the full facility maintenance and management services includes:
• Lawns/mowing and gardens maintenance
• Playground maintenance
• Cleaning (litter, bins and buildings)
• Furniture - including memorials, water fountains, seating, bins and pou
• Lighting inspection and maintenance
• Pest animal response
• Roads/Paths/Tracks maintenance
• Potential for minor capital works (providing rates)
• Sportsfield maintenance and renovation
• Building maintenance including water tightness, plant and equipment
• Access management (gates, playground equipment, toilets and changing rooms locking and unlocking)
