Auckland Council (“the Principal”) is taking a geographical approach to contract structure and management. It is intended on 1 July 2017, Full Facility Contracts will be put in place which will cover the majority of the Community Facilities maintenance and cleaning services, with Minor Capital Works, within each of the five contract areas, these being:

1. Tahi: Devonport-Takapuna, Hibiscus & Bays, Kaipatiki, Upper Harbour
2. Rua: Albert-Eden, Puketapapa, Whau (excluded from the RFP)
3. Toru: Henderson-Massey, Rodney, Waitakere Ranges
4. Wha;: Howick, Maungakiekie-Tamaki, Orakei, Waitemata
5. Rima: Franklin, Mangere-Otahuhu, Manurewa, Otara-Papatoetoe,
Papakura
