This procurement seeks to fill a current sourcing gap within Council Business Intelligence Services (BI) by creating a panel of consultancies that are able to provide resources to Council projects for short term engagements.

This approach will enable flexibility, cost effectiveness and knowledge transfer to Council employees.

The objective of creating a formal panel is to ensure we have the below categories of BI services covered:
