This procurement is for delivery of the physical works for the Grey Lynn park playground upgrade.
The scope of works includes:-
• Project management; quality assurance plans, H&S, insurances, traffic management plan, as-built plans etc.
• Site establishment and dis-establishment; including temporary fencing, setting out, location and protection of services, site tidy up.
• Site preparation including uplift and dispose of existing concrete pads, demolish and remove from site existing timber retaining walls, walkways / boardwalks, seats, stairs and play equipment, uplift and dispose of existing cushionfall, stockpiling for reuse
• Earthworks
• Hard works
• Soft landscape works
