The Stillwater Boat Club has an existing boat ramp providing access to the low water channel of the Wade River.

The existing ramp is in poor condition and is to be re-constructed. The work includes:
Demolition and removal of the existing structure
Construction of a new replacement ramp

The work is within the coastal area in a sensitive environment and the lower part of the ramp extends to and beyond the low tide mark. The site will be within the Boat Club area and public reserve and care will be needed to ensure public safety and minimise the effects on the adjacent amenities
