We are looking for a solution that enables the integration of a range of workforce information and allows us to understand, model and plan.

We are looking to both manage workforce costs operationally and plan to ensure we have the skills and capabilities required to deliver on our organisational strategy.

The solution would enable us to look at the organisation holistically from a workforce perspective including position management, talent and succession planning and contingent workforce management to identify opportunities for efficiencies and more optimal organisation design. To facilitate this, the solution needs in-built scenario modelling.

A cloud-based solution is preferable. The system should have strong track record for providing services to large complex organisation (>2,000 employees), with minimum development required and to Australasian client(s).
