Auckland Council invites Expressions of Interest for supply of construction services for the Chelsea Estate Stormwater Renewal project at Birkenhead, on Auckland’s North Shore. Chelsea Estate Heritage Park is owned by Auckland Council and NZ Sugar Company Ltd (NZ Sugar) and is the site of a former landfill from the sugar refinery works. The proposed stormwater works will improve the overall stormwater management in this area and mitigate risks associated with aged infrastructure.
