Auckland Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified main-contractors for the Greville Reserve Toilet and Changing Room – Physical Works

The scope of this procurement includes:
• Construction of the new toilet and changing room facility
• Installation of all the necessary and associated services for this building
• Demolition and reinstatement of surrounds of the existing toilet facility including capping of all services connected to the old facility
• Construction of all landscaping within the scope of the new facility
• Compliance with all Building Consents and Resource Consent processes
