Auckland Council is seeking expression of interest for Main Contractor services for Three Kings Building Renovation.

The scope of the work includes:
• Demolition of adjacent 4 level building and additions to the old heritage building
• Upgrade the 1957 heritage building to current building code and ensure weather tightness
• New toilets, kitchen, meeting rooms
• Strengthen seismically
• Landscaping works
• Anti-graffiti solutions to external walls
• Re-roofing and installation of new lift
