Massey Domain Toilet Block - Auckland

Scope of Works

• Construct 1 new two pan accessible toilet (both accessible) with internal changing bench in each.
• New facility to sit alongside existing car park.
• Consider access from car park – possible path connection and or kerb alteration for disabled access in accordance with NZS 4121 13.4.3 Fig 46.
• Possible geo-tech report required to assess ground stability.
• Obtain building consent.
• Toilet to serve park users and general public.
• Unique aspect for external facade (possible artist engagement or cladding).
