The purpose of this procurement is to source a design, methodology or innovative system for increasing the useful operational life of the Waikumete Cemetery by increasing burial capacity within the existing developed areas of the cemetery. The intent is to create medium to long term opportunities rather than look at individual plot development.
This REOI is the first step in a multi-step procurement process with the intention of a commercial relationship at the end of the procurement process.
An Information Day will be held on the 21st October 2015 in support of this REOI which will provide prospective tenderers with an opportunity to meet and question key stakeholders and review the key information, reports and studies we have available. It is highly recommended that prospective tenderers attend this Information Day.
