The Auckland Investment Office (AIO) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from private sector for a Screen Innovation and Production Precinct (Project) on Council-owned or acquired land.

The scope of this REOI includes:

• Provision of profitable and professionally managed studio infrastructure, including physical amenities such as sound stages and office space, together with a supporting private sector business model.

• Provision to Council of an acceptable commercial return in respect of Council-owned land on which studio infrastructure may or will be located.
