Auckland Council (Council) currently spends $2-3M per annum for stormwater pipe lining services. To encourage more competitors to the Auckland market for stormwater pipe lining services, and to streamline market engagement Auckland Council wishes to invite specialist lining contractors to enter into a framework agreement.
Contractors invited to enter into a Framework Agreement, as per the terms and conditions attached at Section E of this RFP, will be preapproved as suitably qualified, experienced suppliers and installers of particular lining technologies and for stipulated pipe sizes and shapes. These contractors may subsequently be invited to provide quotes for particular works packages issued by Auckland Council.
