Auckland Council has identified a number of existing heritage toilets for possible refurbishment and lease.

Auckland Council owns a network of un-used heritage toilets that are no longer serving the needs of the community, all sites are currently empty or under-utilized.

This Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI) invites private sector organisations and partnerships to consider reusing each facility to meet the present needs of the community. The proposed reopening, refurbishment and adaptive re-use of each uniquely placed for the purpose of retail or other use will add to the vibrancy and activity in surrounding areas.

This REOI is open to capable applicants wishing to progress the future use of each facility.
