Auckland Council is undertaking a multi-phased programme to completely refresh and redevelop our multiple websites to make them easier to use and enable Aucklanders to achieve more through digital. We wish to rationalise and reduce the number of websites we have, and to bring existing microsite content into our core Council and libraries websites. The project has been split into a number of phases. We are currently looking to partner with leading digital experts to design the key foundation key artefacts and templates that will enable us to significant improve our digital customer experience.
