New Zealand Police is pleased to invite proposals for the provision of a Health, Safety and Wellness (HSW) digital solution. This procurement relates to the NZ Police HSW Digital Enablement Project and its Safer People functions.
Police are seeking a modern, secure and scalable Software as a Service (SaaS) solution that will provide an integrated platform for Health, Safety and Wellness business functions. The solution will be required to integrate with Police's new SAP based Enterprise Resource Management (ERM) platform and support future business growth and evolving operational requirements.
The solution must meet the following gateway criteria:
• Be delivered as a SaaS platform
• Integrate with Police's new SAP based Enterprise Resource Management (ERM) platform (SAP SuccessFactors)
• Be hosted in New Zealand or Australian data centres
• Be capable of hosting information with a New Zealand security classification of up to SENSITIVE
• Support compliance with New Zealand Health & Safety at Work 2015, Health and Safety at Work Amendment Bill, ACC and Privacy legislation
• Provide robust security, privacy, audit and reporting capabilities.
We welcome supplier input on best-practice approaches, including recommendations to enhance, refine, or simplify the capabilities described below.
Recognising that capability may be introduced in phases, suppliers should describe modular acquisition options and identify which capabilities can be procured and implemented independently over time, including any key dependencies.
The successful provider should be able to deliver a solution that supports:
• Health and safety incident management
• Hazard, risk, and Critical risk management
• Employee wellbeing case management
• Injury case management
• Health & fitness case management
• Occupational health monitoring
• Third-party and contractor management
• Reporting, analytics and governance reporting
