This New Plymouth District Council tender will be accessible via Tenderlink, and is only being advertised via GETS. All further communications related to this tender will be conducted through TenderLink.

New Plymouth District Council (NPDC) is seeking a suitably experienced and competent construction contractor to deliver the Tūparikino Active Community Hub Civil Package 2 in accordance with the scope of this tender. The contractor will be responsible for completing the required civil works within the Tūparikino programme during the 2026/27 summer period, demonstrating strong capability to coordinate effectively with concurrent and adjacent activities.
The proposed methodology must ensure safe and continuous access at all times and minimise disruption to the ongoing vertical construction of the indoor arena (currently being delivered by Clelands), as well as the operations of TSB Stadium, NP Raceway, Pukekura Park, and surrounding properties. The contractor must be able to deliver within a constrained, high traffic, and operationally sensitive environment while maintaining programme, safety, and quality outcomes.
NOTE: a. Any main contractor intending to submit a proposal must attend the mandatory Respondent Site Visit on 27th August 2026, 02:00 PM – 04:00 PM.
