The Council has issued this Request for Information as part of early market discovery for Bell Block Feasibility Study - Boat Ramp Upgrade/Bell Block Beach Access.
New Plymouth District Council (NPDC) is seeking this information on behalf of the Puketapu-Bell Block Community Board. We are asking for qualified businesses regarding their capabilities and costs associated with producing a preliminary comprehensive feasibility report for Bell Block beach permanent access. We are seeking respondents with demonstrated experience delivering coastal engineering professional services within the past five years. Submissions should highlight relevant projects of a similar nature, including scope, methodologies, outcomes, and client references where appropriate.
Experience working within the Taranaki coastal environment its conditions, geomorphology, and regulatory context is strongly preferred.
