The Mangakotukutuku College is looking to find a supplier who will provide high-quality
cleaning services for:
• 42 x classrooms
• 1 x student services
• 2 x assembly hall
• 1 x library
• 2 x gymnasium block
• 20 x specialist classrooms including:
- 1 science lab
- 1 pathway office
- 1 art room
- 1 photography room
- 2 computer labs
- 4 music rooms
- 2 technology workshops
- 1 ESOL classroom
- 2 wood tech classrooms
- 1 PE classroom A1
- 2 food tech classrooms
- 1 kaitiaki office block
- 1 leaning support block
• 1 x administration block.
• 20 x staff work room.
• 1 x print rooms.
• hallways and other communal areas
• Marae
• Patricia Avenue school block (4 Classrooms, 7 toilets, 1 kitchen,1 staff room,
hallways and other communal areas)
• RTLB office
• 35 toilets and 4 urinals
