The All-of-Government (AoG) Banking Services Panel is due for renewal. New Zealand Government Procurement (NZGP) intends to undertake a Panel Refresh to provide new providers with an opportunity to join the panel for the contract period 1 July 2027 to 30 June 2029.

The Panel Refresh is expected to be conducted in two stages:
• A Registration for Interest (ROI) will be released through the Government Electronic Tender Service (GETS) in September 2026.
• A Request for Proposals (RFP) will be released in October 2026 for shortlisted respondents.
