Overview
We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to replace windows and external doors, that have reached the end of their useful life, across the DCC Community Housing portfolio.
Initial works will include 48 units across four community housing sites. Further works may be available for additional units subject to performance and available budget.
