Waitomo District Council require a suitably experienced construction contractor to carry out physical works utilising NZS 3910:2013.

This contract covers the completion of road retreat works on storm‑affected slumped road sections within the Waitomo District, with the four sites detailed below:

• Separable Portion 1: Mangaorongo Road RP 5.472
• Separable Portion 2: Mangatoa Road RP 17.826
• Separable Portion 3: Totoro Road RP 7.593
• Separable Portion 4: Te Waitere Road RP 5.92
The contract works include, but are not limited to:
i. Temporary Traffic Management
ii. Earthworks
iii. Drainage works
iv. Sealed pavement construction
v. Unsealed pavement construction
vi. Pavement road marking and reinstatement
