Overview
The University of Waikato is seeking registrations of interest from experienced Design & Build organisations capable of supporting the development and delivery of the proposed UniRec New Build Project.
The project relates to the potential development of a new purpose-built indoor sport and recreation facility to support student wellbeing, recreation, sport, community engagement and long-term campus development objectives.
The University currently estimates the value of the proposed project to be in the order of NZD $30 million to $35 million excluding GST. This estimate is indicative only and remains subject to further refinement through the Competitive Dialogue process and future project approvals.
